Better days are within reach
Individual therapy for children to adults & counseling professionals
How do I facilitate healing?
My approach to counseling is grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for healing and change and the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for facilitating this process.
I bring to your therapy the knowledge that your past, social support, physical health and cultural background all impact what brings you here.
My approach works best with people who are committed to the process, open to exploring the hard parts of themselves, and willing to do the work needed to heal and experience change. I value the time we are able to work together whether it is short-term support or long-term therapy. I consider my role in therapy as a collaborator first and navigator second. No matter where the therapy journey goes, you have the autonomy for choice, but I can be direct when needed.

Are we a match?
Whether you are here for the first time, have tried therapy before and it wasn’t the right fit, or you're coming back for support, I help clients get where they're going and enacting real change, by meeting them where they are.
We all have different stories, but can have shared experiences. I wish to be alongside you, bringing compassion and dignity to your story while we work together in this process.
Clients who work with me describe me as a warm presence, offering consistency as well as laughter to their sessions. I offer empathic challenging, a safe space, and a listening ear to help you heal.
