Better days are within reach
Individual therapy for children to adults & counseling professionals
My approach to counseling is grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for healing and change. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to support you.
My approach works best with people who are committed to the process, open to exploring the hard parts of themselves, and willing to do the work needed to heal and experience change.
Clients who work with me describe me as a warm presence, offering consistency as well as laughter to their sessions. I offer empathic challenging, a safe space, and a listening ear to help you heal.
I value the time we are able to work together whether it is short-term support or long-term therapy. I consider my role in therapy as a collaborator first and navigator second. No matter where the therapy journey goes, you have the autonomy for choice, but I can be direct when needed.
